What sets ValueImpakt apart from other European FPIs is its NSDL registration, making it one of the few in its league to have such a compliance certification.

ValueImpakt AG is an exempt investment company under Art. 2 para. 3 of the Swiss Collective Investment Schemes Act. Investors can invest through purchasing shares of ValueImpakt AG and subsequently participate in the result of the investment activities of ValueImpakt AG.

ValueImpakt AG only offers registered shares. The purchase of shares of ValueImpakt AG are only allowed for professional investors according to Art. 10 para. 3 and para. 3ter the Swiss Collective Investment Schemes Act. This qualification as professional investor must be upheld by the investor throughout the entire time of the investment in ValueImpakt AG. The purchase of shares is linked to the mandatory acceptance of a share purchase agreement as provided by ValueImpakt AG.

Investing in ValueImpakt AG is linked to significant financial risks and can result in a full loss of the invested amount. ValueImpakt AG is a well-regulated entity with supervision from prestigious watchdogs. We are registered with SRO PolyReg, a self-regulatory organization (SRO) according to Article 24 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). SRO PolyReg, domiciled at Florastrasse 44, 8008 Zürich, oversees financial intermediaries affiliated as members of the association, fulfilling statutory supervisory and monitoring obligations. Notably, SRO PolyReg is supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), the apex body for financial regulations in Switzerland.

As an impartial entity, FINOS strives to prevent expensive legal disputes by seeking mutually agreeable solutions.
